I Love Hearty Salads. These 3 salads are so easy to make and doesn't call for much ingredients. These are very tasty, economical, and portable. 

To live healthy we must eat healthy, Create healthy meals that you'll enjoy. Kick your salads up a notch it doesn't take much. Add ingredients you prefer. Before you know it you'll be a salad lover for life!

3 Easy Healthy Salad Recipes using 5 Ingredients

KALE CRUNCH SALAD

4 cups thinly sliced Kale

2 cups thinly sliced Red Cabbage

2 cups thinly sliced Carrots

1 cup diced Green Apples

1 cup Avocado

DRESSING: 2 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), 1/2 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 clove crushed Garlic, 1 tsp Honey, Salt & Pepper.

Whisk dressing together drizzle and toss. Enjoy!

 

CHUNKY GREEK SALAD

4 cup chopped Cucumber

2 cup chopped Tomato

1 cup Garbanzo Beans

1/4 cup diced Red Onions

1/2 cup Kalamata Onions

DRESSING: 1 Tsp + 2 tsp EVOO, 3 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tsp Dry Oregano, 1 clove crushed Garlic, Salt & Pepper.

Whisk together drizzle and toss. Enjoy!

 

QUINOA AND BLACK BEAN SALAD

 2 cup cooked Quinoa

1 chopped Red Bell Pepper

1/3 cup diced Scallions

1 cup Black Beans

1 chopped Avocado

DRESSING: 2 Tsp EVOO, 1/4 cup Fresh Lime, 1 clove chopped Garlic, 1/8 tsp Ground Cumin, Salt & Pepper.

Whisk together drizzle and toss. Enjoy!
